The Your Health App is a guide to accessing the Italian National Health Service (SSN) for EU and non-EU citizens living in Italy.The app provides information on:- the right to health of foreign people and how to access the National Health Service (NHS), even for those who do not have the right to register with the NHS- all the services offered by the NHS for the prevention, treatment and protection of health- how to feel good and healthy at any age.The App is available in the following languages:- Italian- French- English- Romanian- SpanishSECTIONS / AREAS OF CONTENT:- INTRODUCTION and welcome audio- ACCESS TO THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE: with a path that allows the user to discover their rights to health in Italy and how to access the services of the NHS- NHS SERVICES: useful information on the main NHS services: the general practitioner and the pediatrician of free choice, the family clinic, specialist visits and examinations, drugs, emergency room and hospital- PREVENTION AND HEALTH PROTECTION: to learn more about the protection of the health of women, children and adults, along with useful information on how to live well and healthy at any age:• WOMENS HEALTH: gynecological examinations, maternity protection, contraception and voluntary termination of pregnancy, prevention and early diagnosis of female tumors, menopause, the right to physical and mental integrity of women and girls, the national helpline against violence and stalking.• CHILDS HEALTH: registration of the newborn with the NHS and the choice of a pediatrician, the first year of life, vaccinations, growth control, nutrition and physical activity.• MENTAL HEALTH: all the local services for mental health• TUMOR SCREENING: what is a cancer screening test, cervical cancer screening (Pap test / HPV Test), colorectal cancer screening, breast cancer screening• HEALTHY LIFESTYLES: with 10 basic rules, simple and within everyones reach, to stay healthy at all ages.Furthermore:- Glossary: ​​of the main health and administrative terms used in the NHS, to facilitate understanding of the fundamental terminology for effective communication with administrative and socio-health personnel and for access to the services offered.- In your area: orientation towards access to services at the local level- The human body: illustrations of the human body (male and female) with the names of the organs and parts of the body in Italian.The Your Health App was co-financed by the Third Health Program (2014-2020) of the European Union.
It is carried out by the INMP, National Institute for the health of migrant populations and the fight against poverty diseases, as part of the Joint Action Health Equity Europe "JAHEE".
